Seasonal Retreats take place at Espacio Kuatro, in the middle of nature.  Close to the most virgin beaches and forests in Cadiz.  They offer the opportunity to cleans and strengthen the organs and emotions of each season according to Chinese medicine.  With the help of ancient wisdom we receive tools, rest and energy for this season.  Along with the help of the group, a technology free environment and organic food from the garden, each practice will support us emotionally and physically, preparing and inspiring us for the coming months.
